Reaffirmations are supposed to help, right?
The exhaustion, the fatigue,
Both inside and out,
Never seems to go away.
So I’ll keep telling myself that I’ll get better.
Breathe in, breathe out
I’ll be okay someday.
We’ll all be okay someday.
